Breeding of Kidney Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Cultivar Keyun1 and Exploration of Nitrogen Application and Planting Density

Background: Small white Kidney beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is popular in the international market, they are widely cultivated high and cold areas of China. However, these have relatively short growth period, resulting low yield quality kidney beans, which limits development bean. Keyun1 has since played an important role improving bean production country 2020 because its yields, good upright, wide adaptability. Methods: a small grain cultivar that was developed systematic selection excellent mutants China 2020. Result: The average 2346.26 kg per hectare, 34.42% higher than control (The British Red) national joint identification test new cultivars from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, included China, hectare 2076.58 kg, 67.99% cultivar(The Red). exploration nitrogen application planting density showed best 45 active ingredient 15×104 - 20×104 plants/ha, greatest 3198.17 kg/ha.
